and
welcomed
the

Mission
Home
Team
to
the

Jerry
Patee
briefly
reviewed
the
last
meeting
and
ensured
that
everyone
has
been
receiving

of
the

via

Joe
Miller
updated
everyone
on
the
latest
news
from
Honduras
Outreach
International
(HOI)
and
El
Quebrachal
including,
among
other
things,
information
about
the
well

In
addition,
Joe
discussed
the
Rotary
organization
and
its
levels
of
matching
fund
raising
activities
for
the
well

Greta
Miller
provided
a
brief
description
of
the
Honduras

and
activities
(Fiesta,

Home

etc.)
and

were
selected

and

Hatfield
It
was
determined
during
the
discussion
that
some
specific
questions
needed
to
be
addressed.
Specifically,
what
restrictions,
if
any,
are
in
place
by
American
airlines
for
how
many
or
what
items
we
take
on
the
airplane
to
Honduras?
In
addition,
what
is
the
reliability
of
shipping
items
to
Honduras?
Teresa
Cipriano
volunteered
to
contact
American
airlines
and
HOI
to
ask
these
specific
questions
and
to
report
to
the
Home
Team
at
the
next
meeting.
Teresa
will
also
ask
HOI
if
the
sewing/fabric
is
still
needed.
Sarah
Cipriano
volunteered
to
gather
information
regarding
shots
and
passports.
In
addition,
Mike
Hatfield
will
make
copies
of
an
informational
packet
used
by
the
Honduras
Mission
Team
last
year
that
has
some,
if
not
all,
of
this
information.
Copies
will
be
distributed
at
the
next
meeting
to
those
going
to
Honduras.
The
Reverend
Jay
Click
reviewed
Grace
Churchs
mission
activities
for
the
coming
months
and
provided
the
Home
Team
with
a
message
that
it
would
be
necessary
to
educate
and
advocate
the
Honduras
mission
and
village
activities
to
the
congregation.
Specifically,
the
Home
Team
would
take
Sunday,
April
14,
2002,
and
make
it
"an
HOI
Fiesta
Sunday."
The
Home
Team
would,
among
other
things,
host
a
program
and
fellowship
after
the
10:45
a.m.
worship
service
to
target
funding
by
focusing
on
two
elements
of
the
mission
such
as
the
well
project
and
scholarships.
In
addition,
a
quilt
raffle
and/or
silent
auction
of
donated
items
may
be
another
part
of
this
program.
Bob
McClelland
was
appointed
as
the
point
of
contact
for
the
Fiesta
program
and
